Mark Wallage
Owner and Creative Director
Mark has been producing major events for over 25 years. Holding a BA with a double major in Psychology, he has created dazzling opening ceremonies for international Conferences throughout Australia and Asia, often incorporating complex video and film sequences.
Mark is known for his skill as a live event director and show caller, and was employed in that role for the Sydney & Beijing Olympics; the Melbourne Commonwealth Games; and the Asian Games in Doha in 2006. Mark is recognized as one of Australia’s leading award show producers and is often called to speak at industry events on the topic.

Rachael Elsworth
Sponsorship & Exhibition Manager
Rachael is an events professional with over 15 years experience. For the past 10 years she has worked specifically in Sponsorship and Exhibition. Rachael has excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills and has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Leisure Management.
Nicole Robertson
Event Manager
Nicole has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Tourism Management and over 15 years’ experience working on Association Conferences particularly in the Medical Sector. She has managed conferences for up to 1000 delegates and created themed awards dinners for 500 attendees. Her expertise is in committee and program development, along with speaker, accommodation and supplier management.
Belinda King
Senior Event Coordinator
Belinda has worked in the event industry for over 15 years. She began working on outdoor music events and touring festivals for indigenous and non-indigenous school children in remote areas of Australia. For the past 12 years she has worked on conferences, predominantly for the pharmaceutical and health industries. Belinda has a Diploma of Event Management.
Kyra Thomas
Event Coordinator
Kyra is new to the events industry and graduated in 2020 with a Diploma of Event Management. She started with Concept Event Management in 2023 and since then has worked on a range of events with anywhere from 100 to 1000 delegates.
Valerie Gowen
Financial Controller
Valerie is a qualified Financial Controller with over 20 years’ experience in the meetings and events industry. As well as managing CEM’s financial affairs, Val assists in budget preparation and GST matters for a wide variety of conferences under CEM management
